SATURDAY JULY 28 - Comic Con

Now you may be asking yourself, why is this a busy weekend? Well, as most of us geeks know (don’t deny it, you are one, you wouldn’t be reading about a 30 year old movie otherwise), this weekend is Comic Con in San Diego, the biggest Comic Convention in the world. Well, last year, we rented out a the Lyceum Theatre in Horton Plaza and performed Rocky in downtown San Diego during Comic Con. The response was so well received, that we are doing it again! Saturday, July 28 @ Midnight @ the Lyceum Theatre in Horton Plaza. Check our website, www.crazedimaginations.net for more information on purchasing tickets. Or call the Lyceum Box Office 619-544-1000

Don’t forget, we have a show every Friday Night at Midnight at the historic La Paloma theatre in Encinitas, just minutes north of San Diego!!

The SRHS Advanced Drama's Production of

"The Seven Ages of Man (...and woman too)"

at the Scripps Ranch High School Black Box Theatre for $3 at 7 tonight.

The show consists of pieces that the class wrote and directed themselves. Its your last chance to see it because... well its our last performance of it, you silly moose cake. But of course, since it is a black box theatre and there aren't a bazookajillion amount of seats, just a hint: come early just in case.

It has never been said any clearer than this for me:

It was immediately clear to me that the experience of theater was not about us understanding the meaning of the play or the significance of the staging. We were invited into a unique world, an arena that changed everything previously defined.
